No próximo sábado, dia 21 de outubro, a psicóloga Simone Grohs, autora do livro “Vencendo a Preguiça” estará no polo da Universidade Aberta do Brasil (UAB) de Gramado para uma palestra e sessão de autógrafos. O evento é aberto ao público e ocorre das 9h às 11h, na sede do polo, localizado junto à Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental Dr. Carlos Nelz – CAIC.
O livro “Vencendo a Preguiça” trata questões sobre autogestão da força de vontade nos estudos, direcionado para quem busca eficiência, aprimoramento e alto desempenho na realização de suas tarefas.

Simone é psicóloga clínica formada pela UFRGS e palestrante. Trabalha como psicoterapeuta e consultora na área de vestibulares e concursos há mais de 20 anos. Também é diretora na Máxima Performance, empresa especializada em consultoria, desenvolvimento e aprimoramento das potencialidades mentais.
