A Polícia Civil de Canela, na semana em que priorizou investigações relacionadas a crimes de roubo à mão armada na cidade, identificou mais um assaltante. O crime ocorreu na noite de 28 de março, no Bairro Vila Miná, quando a vítima chegava em sua residência depois de um dia de trabalho. Ela foi abordada nas proximidades de sua casa, sendo ameaçada pelo criminoso que afirmava estar de posse de uma arma de fogo. A vítima teve seu celular roubado.
Agentes da Seção de Investigação, no dia 09 de abril, após investigação, identificaram o autor do fato, que foi detido e reconhecido no interior da Delegacia de Polícia de Canela. O Delegado Vladimir Medeiros afirmou que o autor possui antecedentes, tendo sido feita representação para a decretação da prisão preventiva do criminoso, para que responda ao inquérito e a eventual processo preso.
