Na noite de sexta-feira (13), por volta das 19h10min, a Brigada Militar de Canela foi acionada em um mercado na Rua João Pessoa, centro da cidade onde havia ocorrido um furto.
Os funcionários relataram que o rapaz entrou no estabelecimento às 17h30min, onde furtou uma garrafa de whiski e saiu correndo. Por volta das 19h retornou ao mercado e tentou furtar outra garrafa de whiski, porém desta vez foi interpelado por uma funcionária. Nesse momento o autor a empurrou deixando cair a garrafa no chão e foi detido pelos demais funcionários até a chegada da guarnição.
D.L.R., 29 anos, com vários antecedentes por furtos, porte ilegal de arma de fogo e tráfico de drogas, foi preso em flagrante. Ele estava em liberdade condicional desde 19 de setembro deste ano quando foi liberado do presídio de Canela, para onde retornou.
